If you want to improve your English, internship would be one of the best way.

I worked for an insurance company as a sales assistant,  and actually I had many chances to communicate with native speakers. At first, it was pretty tough for me to make phone calls or to write business letters in English. However, through the eight-week internship, I gradually got confidence to use this language in business situations. And of course, you can experience Canadian work style as well.
